Lily-Mae is highly interested in art and fashion design, particularly the punk era of fashion, having also sewn and crocheted her own clothes and accessories! Lily-Mae also loves to cook and sing. She is resilient, enthusiastic, friendly and focused, having also been diagnosed with type one diabetes at the age of 10. Living with her condition has been difficult, but it has also pushed her to work hard in order to achieve her goals. She wants to be able to show other young people like her that it is possible to achieve your dreams, and that living with diabetes doesn’t have to stand in the way of that.
