BIOGRAPHY
Mary is a trained primary school teacher, patient advocate, inclusive Zumba instructor, model and amateur photographer, based between Edinburgh and London.
Passionate about hiking, travel, dance and charity work, she has hosted Scotland’s first Cancer in Common event and completed fundraising treks in the Himalayas and along the West Highland Way.
Diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer at 31, Mary underwent four years of intensive treatment and now teaches accessible Zumba classes for people affected by cancer.
She has worked with Lounge Underwear, Scottish Power, Cancer Research and others, using her platform to raise awareness of breast cancer, early detection and body positivity.
