Fraser (he/him) is a model and content creator based in the UK, as well as a military veteran, personal trainer, and scuba diver. Fraser lives with Relapsing-Remitting Multiple Sclerosis (RRMS), a neurological condition that affects his daily life through mobility impairment, chronic fatigue, cognitive difficulties, tremors, heat intolerance, and other fluctuating symptoms.
Despite these challenges, he remains committed to maintaining an active lifestyle and inspiring others to do the same.
Drawing on both his fitness background and personal experience of disability, Fraser is passionate about helping people adapt their training to work with their bodies rather than against them. His goal is to show that fitness can be accessible to everyone, regardless of physical limitations, and he hopes to one day compete in a bodybuilding competition.
Alongside modelling and content creation, Fraser enjoys helping clients achieve their fitness goals. In his free time, he enjoys playing Dungeons & Dragons with friends, building and painting Warhammer 40,000 models, scuba diving, and gaming. Through his work, Fraser hopes to increase disability representation and encourage others to pursue their goals without being defined by their limitations.
