Emmie was born with a rare genetic condition called Kniest Dysplasia. As a consequence she is a full time wheelchair user and very proficient bottom shuffler. She experiences sight loss and Deafness and she enjoys using BSL to communicate although with her hearing aids she can hear some sounds. She has an unrepaired cleft palate which does affect her speech although that does not stop her from being very talkative and enjoying singing. She is a little person with a big personality. She is of short stature with short limbs.

She has experience on a modelling set as she was chosen to be a part of the Make a Wish Peacocks Mothers Day 2025 Campaign with Louise Redknapp. She filmed for Tiny Tunes Cbeebies and Milkshake Movers in 2025, both of which will air in summer 2026.

Emmie loves travelling and visiting new places with her family. She loves history and enjoys visiting castles and stately homes. Her other passion is animals and she loves her pet dog and pet hamster. She loves spending time with her big brother Adam, playing her version of football and boxing. She is very energetic and curious about life. She makes friends wherever she goes and is always making the most of every opportunity. She enjoys going to signing choir with her friends at school.
