Dylan Jacobs is a happy and sociable child who is very active, enjoys exploring new activities and is a wheelchair user.
He enjoys playing lots of different sports, including frame football, frame running, wheelchair rugby and swimming. His frame football team won their league in 2024 and he has recently started to play wheelchair rugby for the GB youth team.
Dylan has been on the local news, several times, being interviewed about the sports he plays and raising awareness for the Paralympics.
Dylan enjoys trying new things and giving them a go. He loves to see people like him being represented in everyday life.
He enjoys art, especially painting. He also enjoys cooking and playing music, he recently started to learn to play the piano.
Dylan is passionate about travelling and enjoys visiting new places.
