BIOGRAPHY
Nick Teo is a London-based photographer and filmmaker known for blending documentary, fine art, and fashion aesthetics with high-end commercial visuals. Originally from Singapore,
his work is all about capturing raw human narratives while pushing creative boundaries,
often shining a light on marginalised communities through his lens.
As a neurodivergent creative with diagnoses of ADHD, bipolar disorder, and generalised
anxiety disorder, Nick brings a layer of vulnerability to his creative projects. He crucially
understands the nuance of modern society, turning complex topics into beautifully lensed
stories with mass appeal.
His work has earned recognition from The Association of Photographers, The British Journal
of Photography, and the British Photography Awards, and has been featured in The Times,
Amateur Photographer Magazine, and British Cinematographer. He’s also exhibited at Photo
North Festival, Truman Brewery, and nationwide for Portrait of Britain.
Beyond the lens, Nick is an avid home cook who loves making restaurant-style meals
completely from scratch and a lover of all things nerdy, particularly science fiction, movies,
and miniature painting. He’s also has a passion for history, particularly the study of human
conflict.

SOCIAL FIRST EXPERIENCE
I have plenty of experience surrounding this, I used to work for a food & lifestyle focused social media agency in my home country of Singapore, here's a link to them. I was with them part time for a a little under a year and prior to that was working with them regularly as a freelancer.

The clientele I shot with were primarily hotels, restaurants, and cafes. A few of the regular clients I worked with were Park Hotel Group, Sarnies coffee, So France bistro.
