Alice is a disabled and neurodiverse entrepreneur and founder of SIC, a social enterprise that works to close the disability employment gap in the UK.

Alice provides businesses with workshops and consulting services that focus on: disability in the workplace, Neurodiversity in the workplace, reasonable adjustments, and accessible marketing and communications.

Alice's business - SIC - Sick in the City recently won RIDI’s  (Recruitment Industry Disability Imitative ) Disability Specialist Award 2024 - a brilliant achievement!

Alice has broader experience in EDI as a whole, particularly around women in leadership and women in STEM.

The history of disability. This focuses on how disability through the ages impacts our biases in the here and now and has proved very popular in Disability History Month

Creative access in the theatre industry.

Qualifications and experience

BA in Classical Archaeology and an MST in Late Antique and Byzantine Studies

I am also a qualified Chartered Marketeer, and completed the Aurora Women's Leadership Programme (very relevant in higher education).
