Kassy (she/her) is a young woman born with Spina Bifida Myelomeningocele. This is a congenital disability which results in Kassy using a manual wheelchair full time. She is adaptable and independent with many of her physical movements for needs such as creative posing. Kassy is a model and has experience through two Target shoots (2025, 2023), a Girl Scout shoot (2017), and other individual experiences with photographers.
Kassy has achieved her 3 high Girl Scout Service Project Awards. These are the Bronze, Silver, and Gold Award. She was also a part of the Pageant of Hope from 2018 to 2022. She had also been a dancer for 9 years (2016-2025). In which her team was recognised as Minnesota’s first competitive all wheelchair dance group since 2023.
Kassy is passionate on issues such as disability advocacy, diversity and equity. She is passionate about dance and the art of wheelchair adaptive dance. Kassy enjoys bringing awareness to different disability issues and experiences, and sharing her knowledge of adaptive dance, modelling, and expertise of the disabled community.
Outside of modelling, Kassy enjoys dance, public speaking, learning American Sign Language (ASL), art, and spending time with friends and family. Kassy is also open to exploring other areas of the arts such as acting.
