Lauren Heald is a 22-year-old model and content creator living in southern California with Down Syndrome. While she may process information more slowly at times, she thrives when given clear direction and brings positivity, focus, and authenticity to every project. Lauren has recently begun her modeling career, sharing lifestyle, fitness, and restaurant/coffee review content on social media, where she has built a growing following of over 1,300 TikTok supporters. She has appeared in professional photoshoots and continues to develop her skills as a model and creative. One of her proudest achievements is the Pelaton campaign she participated in because it combined two of her passions modeling and fitness. Her ambition is to inspire others and promote diversity and inclusion across the fashion and entertainment industries. Outside of modeling, Lauren enjoys international travel, cooking, experimenting with makeup, and fitness and dance classes.
