Noelle is part of the first generation of Caribbean Americans in her family. Her Jamaican and Vincentian heritage plays a big part of who she is as a person. Noelle has had pachyonychia congenita and other related conditions since birth, and although it has affected her mobility and quality of life, it hasn’t stopped her from perusing her goals. She enjoys playing her drum set, styling new wigs, finding new music, and movies.
