Cody Pedersen is a Californian surfer, dog lover, and proud Deaf gay man who embraces his identity as a source of strength and authenticity. He is an American Sign Language (ASL) professor dedicated to breaking communication barriers and promoting Deaf culture.

With a drive for authenticity, Cody aims to bring real Deaf and LGBTQ+ stories to television and magazines, pushing boundaries for visibility and inclusion in the media. Outside of his work, he enjoys cooking, traveling, surfing, and connecting with nature. Through his teaching and creative pursuits, Cody continues to inspire others to celebrate diversity and embrace accessibility in all spaces.
