Noah Centrone (he/him) is a New York City based model and creative. Diagnosed autistic, he approaches the world through pattern, energy, and detail. What was once seen as a limitation now defines his perspective and presence. His path is unconventional, with experience across personal training, hospitality, corporate leadership, firefighting, and as a frontline journalist reporting from war zones in Ukraine. His coverage was featured on NY1 News and continues to inform his understanding of risk, intensity, and human behavior.
After returning to New York, Noah left corporate work to pursue emergency medicine and is currently working toward becoming a medic, with long-term plans in perfusion. Around the same time, walking in New York Fashion Week marked his entry into fashion. He is now developing a fashion label rooted in the visual language of firefighters and EMS, translating utility and resilience into streetwear while bringing visibility to first responders.
Through his work, Noah challenges traditional representations of disability, framing autism as a distinct way of perceiving and engaging with the world. Outside of fashion, he produces music, writes, and spends time with friends and his kitten, Mitya, named after The Brothers Karamazov.
