Daira Pernilla was born and raised in Guatemala and became a wheelchair user at 8 years old. She enjoys trying and playing wheelchair sports, her favorite one being wheelchair tennis which she wants to become a professional player. She also practices other sports such as wheelchair basketball and parafencing. She is passionate about inclusivity and disability awareness which makes her passionate and excited to be onset. Daira is currently LA based.
