BIOGRAPHY
Sophie is a professional Contemporary Dancer and Yoga teacher. She is deaf which requires her to wear hearing aids in both ears. Sophie has an extensive performance and choreographic practice, working with companies such as Moxie Brawl and Dan Daw Creative Practices. She has recently devised and performed a solo dance piece which aims to be as accessible as possible for d/Deaf audience members. She strives to make her Yoga teaching welcoming to everyone, this has led her to volunteer with charities in order to offer Yoga classes to BSL users.
