Trained at Italia Conti and London Studio Centre, Millie has performed at Wembley, doubled lead characters in major films, and spoken at global health conferences, including for the Ehlers-Danlos Society. She has experience across stage, screen, and diverse photoshoots.
In 2024, she launched her own business offering support services for those with chronic illnesses, promoting her message to “choose happiness.”
Millie is passionate about increasing disability representation in media and empowering others through her advocacy. When not working, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her therapy dog, Ralph.
