Elisabeth was born without her right hand and has lived with chronic migraines since 2018. Using her own lived experiences, Elisabeth has worked with businesses to educate, raise awareness, and inspire change around disability. She’s given talks on disability inclusion and accessibility, and spoken about her personal experiences. She was also featured in BBC Morning Live talking about the accessibility barriers.

Elisabeth wants to develop her career into disability representation and changing attitudes towards disability in media. She wants to normalise difference and show that disability can be beautiful. And for limb different children and young adults to see themselves represented in society. Elisabeth has also always had a passion for acting and has performed in one act theatre festivals, gaining a nomination for best actress.

Elisabeth also loves weight training and exercise. She’s an avid knitter and crocheter, with a YouTube channel dedicated to tutorials for one handed crafters.
