Born and raised in the Philippines, Guthrie is an engaging, hard working 20 year old Scottish university student with great interpersonal skills and an international background. A congenital upper limb amputee, Guth has a short left arm which stops just below the elbow.
Guthrie has a strong sporting background and during High School competed across South East Asia in football, athletics, swimming and rugby. He played for the Philippine National Rugby Team up to age 15. Currently Guthrie plays football and squash, runs and is a regular gym user. He is currently training to run the Athens Marathon in October 2026, fundraising for Teen Cancer.
Going out with friends, listening to music, watching and discussing movies is how Guthrie spends his downtime. He loves history and politics, travelling and spending time with his dog Ralph. He is a passionate Arsenal supporter.
