Freddie Lewis (He/him) is a trans artist based between Bristol/London. He has been performing and releasing music for four years, and has performed at renowned festivals such as Glastonbury, The Great Escape and Iceland Airwaves (Reykjavik), as well as touring nationally.
In 2023, he became the first transgender man to receive PRS’s prestigious ‘Keychange’ bursary. He has also spent two years composing and designing sound for theatre, working with Bristol Old Vic, Theatre 503, and in immersive audio. In 2024, his work expanded into modelling, with his participation in Lucy & Yak's 'Baring All' Campaign.
Freddie hopes to illustrate the importance and capabilities of trans art; he wants to see trans bodies more readily in arts and media, and hopes to be a part of this. He also has a keen interest in reading, travelling and playing tennis.
