Alanah is a freelance photographer/retoucher with a range of medical conditions including Type 1 diabetes, autism and ADHD. As a result of childhood polio, Alanah has a limb difference in her left arm.
Alanah is proud to have worked for brands such as Sainsburys/TU Clothing, Primark and JD Sports. She has also done headshots for Coronation Street actors and creative shoots with members of the Ru Paul’s Drag Race and Channel 4’s Love Triangle casts.
Alanah’s work has been featured in four separate issues of Vogue while Elle have printed three of her images. She was thrilled to have had a billboard campaign featured at Manchester Piccadilly Station.
One day, Alanah hopes to be part of the journey towards big brands embracing diversity behind and in front of the camera. When she isn’t glued to her lens, Alanah is flicking through fashion magazines, baking or listening to rock music.
