Alice Barker is a Huddersfield-born writer, filmmaker, and disability-rights advocate whose storytelling blends imagination, resilience, and empowerment. Rooted in personal experience, her work spans fantasy, romance, thriller, and non-fiction—each piece reflecting her passion for narrative's ability to transform, inspire, and uplift diverse voices.

Alice earned a First-Class BA (Hons) in Film and Screenwriting from Sheffield Hallam University. Her outstanding achievements were acknowledged with the Dean’s Prize for personal excellence
