Niamh is a multi-award-winning journalist, producer and writer with Cerebral Palsy based in
London. She specialises in original and diverse storytelling across online, live TV, documentary
filmmaking and audio. Her original documentary films, Under the Skin: The Botched Beauty
Business and Hidden Girls were recognised by the network, winning BBC News Awards for Best
Original Journalism and Most Impactful Journalism respectively.
Niamh has reported and produced the BBC’s Disability and Mental Health podcast, Access All
and made three documentaries for the BBC’s flagship multi-platform initiative, 100 Women for
their In Conversation series featuring Academy Award nominated actress Sharon Stone, artistic
legend Tracey Emin and BRIT award winning singer songwriter, RAYE. She has earned Mind
Media Award, Asian Media Award, and Digital Broadcast Award nominations and was named a
winner in MHP Mischief’s 30 to Watch in the News category in 2022. Niamh is an enormous
bookworm and ballerina in training.
