Sophie‑Anne Onland (she/her) is a Dutch D&I specialist, public speaker, moderator, influencer and model based in Amsterdam. Born with a 25 cm leg difference, she uses a lower‑leg prosthesis—initially covered to blend in, later proudly visible—which inspired her powerful TEDx talk in December 2021 about embracing her “difference as power”. Sophie‑Anne combines her corporate D&I background with advocacy: she brings D&I to life professionally and shares her journey on stages and online as an influencer. Her mission: normalize visible and invisible differences, champion body positivity, and create more representation for diverse communities. Her passions include cross‑fit, deejaying, and traveling.
