The studio is available for hire in half day blocks as a minimum. A half day is 4 hours.

• Full Day: 8 Hours

No. The studio is available for hire for photographers of all abilities and skill levels including student and personal projects. If you need support with production including photography, art direction, casting and production, we can also help with this.

No. You are welcome to view the space and equipment prior to your shoot, but you will need to set up your equipment during your booking time as the studio may be in use prior to your booking.

A deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking. The remaining payment must be received within 7 days of studio use. Late payment fees apply of 10% for each week that payment is late.

You can cancel your booking by contacting the studio 7 days prior to your booking for a full refund. Late cancellations will incur a fee as below: -

• 7 Days or more before your booking: Full refund
• 2-7 Days: 50% of fee will be charged
• Cancellation within 48 hours of booking: 100% of fee will be charged

Our Sheffield photography studio is available to hire 7 days a week between the hours of 9.00am - 5.00pm. Please get in touch if you need to hire outside these hours.

Yes, we are accessible and have ramps for the small curb to enter the studio. Our bathroom is accessible for manual wheelchairs and there is a larger accessible bathroom and shower down the corridor for your use.

Yes, you will need to bring your own camera. Full technical specifications can be found above. You will need to provide any additional equipment that you require.

Yes. We have 2 Profoto strobe lights and a Newer continuous ring light included in the booking. Any additional lighting must be sourced and provided by you.

No. Our lights are included as standard, but you may use your own lights if you wish.

We have a standard white backdrop available for use at £10 per metre. If you would like to order any other colours, please let us know in advance, and we can look at ordering these for you at an additional cost.

We will be there on arrival and at the end of the day. We are happy to help where we can, but you will need working knowledge of the equipment. If you need support with production including photography, art direction, casting and production, we are available to help for an additional cost.

We have a kitchen on site with Kettle, Fridge and Microwave. Please bring your own supplies. There are also a number of shops, bars and cafes in the nearby units.

There is a £250 excess charge applicable for any damage to the equipment provided. Please ensure you are comfortable using the equipment and be careful when your hire is in progress.

Of course! Children and animals are allowed, but please ensure they are well behaved and keep an eye on them as it is a working studio environment with expensive electrical equipment present.
