I’ve been signed with the agency as a model since 2020, so stepping into this role feels like a really natural progression, I’ve seen the industry from both sides now, and I love being able to support our team and our models in a new way.

I originally trained in dance, and I’m now finishing my master’s degree in disability rights and inclusion. I’m also deaf, which shapes a lot of how I move through creative spaces and why inclusion matters so much to me. It’s one of the reasons I feel connected with the team here at ZBD , their ethos align with my own values around representation, accessibility, and making sure everyone feels seen.

In this role, I’m excited to help create an environment where our models feel supported, where diversity isn’t just talked about but actually lived, and where we keep pushing the industry toward something more inclusive and authentic.
