Ellice is a patient advocate, model, and former international journalist and documentary filmmaker living with cystic fibrosis, diabetes, and essential tremor, based in Sydney, Australia.
A lung transplant recipient since 2012, Ellice has built a full and active life alongside complex, chronic health conditions. When pregnancy posed too great a risk, she and her husband created embryos and pursued international surrogacy and are now proud parents to a healthy boy.
Trained as an actor before forging a career behind the camera, she has reported for the ABC, Sydney Morning Herald, Channel 9, and Deutsche Welle, and modelled for Women's Health, Women's Fitness, SBS, and the Art Gallery of NSW.
A passionate advocate for organ donation and disability rights, Ellice is committed to authentic representation of chronic illness in mainstream media — proving that disabled and medically complex people belong in front of the lens, not just behind it.
