In 2009, at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, she received the NSDF Sunday Times Emerging Artist award for Acting and since then she has been delivering epic performances on international stages and screens. Appearing in Flickerfest and Sydney Film Festival.

Most recently, she collaborated with Bell Shakespeare Co. on a new neurodivergent lead script called Method in Madness and has been selected for ACON’s Disability Leadership 2026 program. Pollyanna hopes to continuously neuroqueer and advocate for accessibility as well as equitable employment in the arts.
She passes time hosting trivia at busy pubs, singing karaoke and working as a photographer.
