Lynda Holt (she/her)
Lynda Holt is a Paralympic silver medallist and elite para ice hockey athlete who has been in a wheelchair since birth due to Spina Bifida. Her condition impacts her mobility, but it has never slowed her determination to excel on the world stage.
As a multi-talented athlete and advocate, Lynda has represented Australia in athletics at the Sydney 2000 Paralympics and more recently she was Vice-Captain of the Australian Women’s Para Ice Hockey Team who competed in Slovakia. She is also a business owner, model, and disability travel agent/expert, using her platform to inspire others.
Her proudest achievements include competing internationally, breaking barriers for women in para ice hockey, and building a voice for inclusion in sport and media.
Passionate about changing perceptions of disability, Lynda’s ambition is to bring visibility and representation to diverse bodies while showing that strength and beauty come in many forms. When she’s not on the ice, she loves travelling and exploring the world through an accessible lens.
