Summer Giddings is a multi-talented up and coming singer and songwriter, para-athlete, and university student in the field of information technology majoring in Cyber security. Summer is a resilient individual who, from birth, faced the challenges of cerebral palsy and autism related to a stroke at birth. Additionally, she navigates life legally blind due to very limited visual field. Despite these hurdles, Summer is a shining example of determination and accomplishment in various aspects of her life.
Summer shares a heartfelt and authentic connection through music. She is a regular performer at corporate, charity and community activations, and has written and released original music. During her high school years Summer was part of multiple musical Theatre productions. She has some minor acting experience and has participated in panels and interviews.
As a Para Track & Field athlete competing under a T35 classification due to her physical disability, Summer has national and international competition experience. Her sporting achievements include National and Oceania titles and World, Oceania, and Australian T35 records. Summer trains most days and aspires to represent Australia at the upcoming World Para Athletics Championships and Paralympics.
