BIOGRAPHY
I am Aiping Ong, bisexual child psychologist passionate about working with neurodivergent people and raising awareness of disability and ND. I am based in Sydney. My pronouns are she/her.
I have four forms of Neurodiversity and a movement disorder (tourettes syndrome) which affects my mental health, sometimes physical health. I am totally in control of my symptoms in fact I kick them in the ass. There are up and down days but how it impacts me most is it has made me a more thoughtful, empathetic and kind person. I have been told many times I exude a confidence and energy which I think comes from having faced my demons and overcome them. FYI I am able to do day to day things – I might come across as fidgety at times. I am on medication which helps a great deal.
My talent – a good performer (loved acting in high school) and good presenter although no formal experience. I have a knack for styling and upstyling second hand clothes. My IG @pingstarstylefinds 135 followers.
Achievement – my beloved IG page and completing my masters degree, and appearing on SBS radio to present on mental health.
