Owen Lancelot (he/him) is a model, endurance athlete, and founder of Stryde, a technical compression apparel brand supporting active people, including those with medical differences.

Born in France and raised in Australia, he holds triple nationality (French, Australian, American), is fluent in French and English, and values connecting with family worldwide. He has an ileostomy following surgery for ulcerative colitis, which he manages while competing at an elite level in endurance sport.

Owen was selected by Shokz Australia to race in France at a prestigious invitational ultramarathon, finishing as the first Australian. He has also completed the Ultra-Trail Australia. Major 100km in the Blue Mountains, raising funds for Crohn’s and Colitis Australia. He has worked as a brand ambassador for Coloplast Australia, creating educational content and speaking at nurse and consumer conferences to support pre- and post-surgery optimisation. 

He is passionate about outdoor training, travel, content creation through BagOnTheRun_, and promoting inclusion and resilience.
