Laila Bengharsa is a New York–based creative, disability advocate/model, and music industry professional living with Charcot-Marie-Tooth, a neurological condition that affects mobility. She served as Vice President of Creative at an independent music publishing company, where she has worked with artists including Beach House, Caroline Rose, Geese, My Morning Jacket, and St. Vincent.

Her highlights include over a decade in music publishing, signing artists such as Christian Lee Hutson and Vetiver, and building campaigns that merge art with culture. Based in Los Angeles, she continues to explore creative expression through fashion, media, and storytelling.

Laila has experience working on sets and in studios across both commercial and editorial projects. She is passionate about disability representation in fashion and culture, using her voice and platform to champion inclusivity and authentic visibility.
