Born off Norway's coast, Nancy's family moved to the US. A childhood fire at five caused severe burns, adding to a challenging, unstable upbringing including a return to Norway. At 24, adventure led her back to the US, finding belonging as a flight attendant, key to her healing. YOGA fostered self-acceptance and recovery, inspiring her to create PEACE of SELF for those with scars and volunteer at a burn unit. As a certified yoga instructor and holistic life coach, Nancy finds joy in nature, yoga, and creativity. Supported by family, she balances her aviation career between Maine and Florida, cherishing her Norwegian heritage and hoping to support others.
