BIOGRAPHY
Joe is an actor, writer, model and television executive living with the neuromuscular disorder Charcot-Marie-Tooth. Joe's CMT has been slowly progressive resulting in a left leg below-the-knee amputation in 2018 and a right leg below the knee brace. An actor in the 1990's, Joe took 20-year hiatus after a serious leg fracture. He returned to his first love after his amputation with work in commercials (Target, Propel), television, film and theatre.
Joe works closely with the CMT Research Foundation raising money/awareness to fund the search for a cure for CMT. He also works as a TV executive for a large media corporation. He remains active and curious, living with his husband and beloved Aussie mix pup in Los Angeles and SW France.
