Cambria Francesca is a disabled Cape Verdean American model, actress, content creator and public speaker. She has been a chronic illness warrior, living with Lupus, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, Endometriosis and Hidradenitis Suppurativa for a combined 20yrs and is a proud cane user.
Starting her career in 2016, Cambria walked in the premiere plus size fashion industry runway show, Full Figure Fashion Week, and was featured as Plus Model Magazine's 2016 Model of the month for March. Over the next 10yrs, she continued to push for more inclusivity in fashion walking for Runway of Dreams in 2024 wearing Victoria Secret and most recently booking a campaign with Dermalogica. Her highlights include Getty Images, Hello Beautiful, HuffPost and Samsung. Her acting credits include The Chat Page, Netflix's The Guest House, a Telly Award winning Samsung/Reddit commercial, MyFico commercial and Justice with Judge Mablean.
Cambria has dedicated her career to pushing for greater inclusivity—not just in size, but in ability representation and access. Her mission is to remind the world that body diversity doesn't end at size. Disabled bodies belong here too-in fashion, in film, and at every table where decisions are made.
In her free time, Cambria loves to travel and is an active Patient Advocate with Lupus LA and Group Facilitator for the Los Angeles County Lupus Foundation of America Support Group.
