Zebedee Talent rebrands to ZBD

Introducing ZBD: a bold new chapter for the world-leading inclusive talent agency formerly known as Zebedee Talent. After eight ground-breaking years at the forefront of authentic representation, the agency is stepping into the future with a sleek new name representing its professional and high end identity, while staying true to its mission of transforming the face of fashion, media, and advertising.
Founded in 2017 by changemakers Laura Winson and Zoe Proctor, ZBD has built a global reputation for championing talent with disabilities, visible differences, and trans and non-binary identities. They are proudly pushing boundaries in an industry overdue for change. Their talent has appeared in major campaigns for the likes of Gucci, Google, and Vogue, proving that inclusive casting isn’t just the right thing to do, it’s the future of advertising and wider culture.
“Our new name, ZBD, reflects who we are today: a high-end, innovative agency setting the standard for authentic representation,” said co-founder Laura Winson. “It honours our roots while embracing a refined, forward-facing identity.”
The decision to rebrand also speaks to ZBD’s continued commitment to accessibility. “ZBD is shorter, clearer, and easier to read — especially for some people with learning disabilities or neurodivergence,” added co-founder Zoe Proctor. “While the name ‘Zebedee’ will always have meaning to us from our early days teaching disabled young performers, it felt like time to evolve. We’re proud of the change and what comes next.”
