Shani Dhanda
Shani is a Disability Inclusion & Accessibility Strategist and Consultant. She is one of the UK's highest-profile and most influential disability activists, working with global companies, broadcasters and the UK government to break barriers and integrate intersectional inclusion and accessibility into their frameworks.
She has helped over 200 clients with their inclusion journeys, including Google, Virgin Media, and the BBC. Regularly appearing in the media, she have been profiled in British Vogue, Sky News and many more. Shani is also a broadcaster, and you may have seen her on shows like Loose Women and Jeremy Vine. She is the proud founder of Diversability, Asian Woman Festival and Asian Disability Network.

Shani advised on a full inclusive communication strategy for the Adaptive Shirt.
