Loraine Crook is a retired female born in 1954 with no disabilities. She is based in Mistley, a village 1 hour’s train journey to London Liverpool Street.

She spent her working life in the north west of England in Sales and admin but was a hair and bridal dress model in her spare time.

Moving to Gibraltar to live and work in 2004 she joined a band after learning 5 notes on the clarinet (!) and became a member of 2 choirs. She has played and sung in many concerts. Her biggest ‘claim to fame’ is singing in the choir that performed with Andrea Bocelli when he was in concert in Gibraltar in 2019.

Moving to the east of England in 2020 she joined 2 choirs and a local theatre. She also began to secure S A work and has experience in TV studio work and on set in front of cameras. She also has experience in stills photography.

She wants to promote the fabulousness of the mature woman.

She loves the outdoors. The village where she lives is designated an area of outstanding natural beauty and has many lovely walks, which feeds her soul. She also loves to garden, and not having one of her own, helps her sisters with theirs. She is on the committee at the local theatre. She performs and does backstage work – mostly prompting - when not on stage. She helps with set building and decorating and also runs the box office.
