Helena Wood is a professional violinist, voice-over artist, actor, and fashion and disability content creator. She uses a state-of-the-art Omeo self-balancing wheelchair and a cane for short distances.
She studied music at London’s Royal College of Music and has performed as concertmaster with many of the world’s leading orchestras on stages worldwide, as well as on live television and radio. Her work also includes major film and television productions such as One Battle After Another, Wicked, Mission Impossible, Wonka, Star Wars, Harry Potter, Bridgerton, and Wuthering Heights, among many others.
Trained in acting and voice at London’s Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, she brings clarity and character to a wide range of projects and speaks with a Received Pronunciation (RP) accent.
With a strong passion for fashion and design, she previously ran an interior design company and now works as a fashion and disability content creator, using her platform to champion representation, accessibility, and individuality. She is also a qualified dog trainer!
