Alison Pearson (she/her) is a UK-based accessible travel specialist and disability inclusion advocate. Following a road accident at 17, she became a below-knee amputee, and her lived experience informs her work. Alison, Head of Travel Services at Inclu Travel, helps craft accessible journeys and expands her impact across Inclu Group. She’s won multiple awards in inclusion and diversity and is a leading voice for “conscious customer inclusivity” in travel. She takes pride in empowering disabled travellers with confidence through personalised experiences. Alison’s ambition is to help create a world where accessibility and inclusion are the norm, so that everyone can fully embrace what life has to offer. Outside of work, she loves spending time with family, going on adventures on her electric bike with her partner, and unwinding with pilates and yoga.
