Katherine Press is an Autistic and ADHD actor, filmmaker and creator. Her acting credits encompass television (‘Foyle’s War’, Stephen Poliakoff’s ‘Dancing on the Edge’), film (‘Captain America’), theatre (Ophelia in Sir Trevor Nunn’s ‘Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead’) and voice work (Margaret Atwood’s 'The Testaments’ and the unabridged ‘Jane Eyre’ for the BBC, and over 100 audiobooks). Katherine trained originally as a professional ballet dancer, and she is a graduate of the University of Cambridge. She is a multi-award-winning, BFI-funded, BIFA-longlisted filmmaker, and a member of BAFTA Connect. After a lifetime of mental and physical health struggles, her AuDHD diagnosis was a revelation, and she is now committed to speaking openly and honestly about the late-diagnosed experience. She posts regularly on TikTok in the hope of helping and supporting others, and loves to share thoughts about both her lived experience and her special interest of wellbeing.
