Palaash (she/her) is a dyslexic actor and model with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, based in London. Growing up across seven countries on three continents, she brings a global perspective to her work. She is constantly preoccupied with questions of identity. She trained at RADA in Meisner technique and has worked on short films in London and Los Angeles, a UK feature film, and booked her first commercial for Kiwi, one of Norway’s largest supermarket chains, in 2025.
Palaash left investment banking to pursue her passion for human behaviour and storytelling. Her life's work is about challenging preconceived notions of what's possible for each of us - decentering the idea of "normal" as a limiting construct. She believes we each contain the full spectrum of humanity within us, and her work stretches the imagination of what bodies, minds, and lives can be. Through representation of invisible disabilities in media, she shows that there is no single way to be human. Only infinite possibilities waiting to be explored.
She is passionate about embodiment practices, dance, nature, cooking for friends, and analog experiences that honor presence and joy. Through her work as both performer and embodiment coach, she helps others connect with their bodies in sustainable, empowering ways.
