My name is Amy Truesdale I am a Paralympic athlete and my sport is Taekwondo. I have been on the World Class programme for eight years and competed at 2 Paralympic Games my highest achievements would be achieving a bronze medal in Tokyo and then becoming Britain’s first Paralympic champion in Paris 2024. I am also three times world champion 4 times European champion and as a result of my medal success in my sporting career I was awarded my MBE by the king.

I have had some experience modelling and I have always enjoyed it I was the model for ASOS when they designed the Paralympic kit for 2020. I also did another photo shoot with ASOS which was the more to move ready campaign wearing Puma. I have also done photo shoots for Sweaty Betty Sports Direct built for athletes and also Zalando.

I am passionate about promoting disability I would love the opportunity to do that from a modelling perspective as I have already made a big influence in my sport. Outside of training I like to keep fit and I am a qualified level three mat Pilates instructor and take part in sessions each week. I also enjoy heels dancing which I have done for over a year.
