Nicole Faccio (she/her) is a digital-product leader, model, and disability advocate living with Primary Lymphedema, a chronic condition that causes swelling in her lower limbs and requires daily management with compression, movement, and skincare.
A long-time creative and storyteller, Nicole has built a global presence as a content creator and patient advocate, known for her signature “Facciolita” style. She has collaborated with major brands across fashion, health, and wellbeing, and has been a partner with Medi UK — one of the flagship compression brands for Lymphedema—since 2021, helping show that compression can be more than medical support; it can be an accessory and a form of selfexpression.
Her biggest achievement has been creating the community she never had growing up, built on a hunch that others needed honest yet uplifting content about living fully while managing a chronic illness.
Nicole’s ambition is to normalise disability representation and expand visibility for lymphatic conditions across media and culture. She loves fashion, travel, dancing, and exploring creative expression.
