Francesca has achieved more in her 29 years than most people thought. She is the

first female powerchair football player, playing for Lancashire Spitfires. she has just

completed a half marathon that was run in memory of her friend Megan, who was also a

CP warrior. Francesca has campaigned tirelessly for Changing Places toilets, with a recent

BBC Rise 4 Sport campaign to make more public spaces allow for personal care to be done

with dignity and respect.
