Zelda lost her hair suddenly and has experienced the full spectrum of alopecia, from patches to complete hair loss on her head, face and body. She rarely sees women her age who are bald and navigating perimenopause represented in the media, and she knows many others share that experience. She’s determined to help change that by normalising and celebrating visible differences at every stage of life.
Proud to be a campaigner for the charity Changing Faces, Zelda supports its mission to promote respect and provide guidance for anyone living with a visible difference. She loves pilates, yoga and cross‑training, and finds joy in cooking, sewing and dancing in her daughter’s TikToks.
