She believes strongly that we live in a society that actively choses to make women invisible after midlife, and that we must disrupt this outdated sexist and ageist rhetoric. “Women don’t just stop existing after 40! We still run, ski, swim, yoga, invest in ourselves. We are as beautiful and worthy at 60 as we are at 16. Women off all ages must be represented”.
Due to her neurodivergence, she offers an unfiltered and refreshing view on the world. With a love for life, she is a certified rescue diver and shark speciality and conservation diver, she has a love of the ocean and all its inhabitants! If not under the surface, you will find her on top of a mountain, hiking, via ferrata or skiing. And when not out adventuring, she will be with her devoted, misunderstood rescue, The Great White, a 45kg American Bulldog.
Not one to be contained by any glass ceilings, professionally, she proudly lists being the first ever female to occupy the position of Polo Manager in the region of the GCC, when accepting the position at Dubai Polo and Equestrian club in 2018. As you would expect from someone working in such a sport, Heather is an accomplished horse women, riding before she was able to walk!
Living with endometriosis and through infertility has given her a strength and purposes to change outdated rhetoric's and proudly talk about topics society would rather we don’t.
