BIOGRAPHY
Bartholomé Meredith-Hardy is a model and actor with Down Syndrome based in Hampshire. He is nonspeaking but understands everything and uses Makaton, he takes direction well. He has featured in campaign videos like Leonard Cheshire and editorials. He has shot with Getty Images and with Benjamin Madwick whose portrait of Bartholomé was exhibited in the National Gallery. Bartholomé hopes to inspire people to be more accepting and embrace individuality. He is passionate about alpine skiing and is a member of Special Olympics Surrey, he has won gold at national and regional competitions. He trains and competes in the UK and abroad. Bartholomé enjoys karate, drumming, also dancing and drama (Blue Apple Theatre). He is cheeky and very popular.
