Taitum was born missing her lower right arm and hand. She has modelled for various well known brands and recently appeared as a merkid in Disney's live action remake of The Little Mermaid.

She is an extremely popular and cheeky young lady who is frequently admired for her determination and confidence, always making an impact on the people she meets.
